A Day in the Life
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume and value)
- Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, and success rate
- Follow up on and audit collection from customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills
- Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback for improving sales strategies
- Utilize sales tools and software to track performance and manage customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities
- Uphold standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector
- Previous experience supervising retail routes and a field team
- Valid Saudi Driving License required
