Field Service Engineer

About the Role / About the Job
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical X-ray equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring optimal equipment performance, patient safety, and compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.

You will work according to the department's schedules and instructions, provide technical support to clients within your assigned region, prepare detailed service reports, coordinate spare parts and inventory requirements, and resolve technical issues to minimize equipment downtime and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with one year or more of experience in servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical equipment are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience with medical X-ray equipment is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and own car.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Has a car and is willing to travel as necessary.
