Responsibilities:
- Execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with the company standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Plan and execute work to achieve a first-time right approach with customers.
- Work with customers on-site to improve operations and eliminate pain points.
- Perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and conduct analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Prepare material lists needed for service activities and ensure all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and make recommendations to avoid future issues.
- Manage project documentation and technical information necessary for commissioning activities, including agreements with the Service Manager prior to site commissioning or modification.
- Complete preliminary activities, like permissions and power on/shutdown permits, documenting checks using proper software tools and instrumentation.
- Verify the correctness of all hardware connections and ensure proper functionality of installed devices according to project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with MV experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience in the specific field.
- Enhanced knowledge of LV (MCC/PCC) & MV (AIS/GIS/RMU) Switchgear and Products.
- Familiarity with common testing tools (hardware and computerized).
- Knowledge of safe working procedures at site.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
