Field Service Engineer-1

About the Job:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will execute service work of low to medium complexity, adhering to the company's standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will engage with customers on-site, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to identify improvement areas and eliminate operational pain points.
• Perform field service tasks and technical analysis through on-site and remote activities.
• Prepare material lists for service activities, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and of appropriate quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend proactive solutions.
• Manage project documentation necessary for commissioning activities, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
• Verify hardware connections and ensure all installed devices function correctly according to project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on Medium Voltage (MV) experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear and Products.
• Familiarity with common testing tools (hardware and computerized) and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
