Field Service Engineer

About the Job:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity in accordance with the company standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Your role will involve delivering quality service to satisfy customers, performing technical analyses, identifying issues, and ensuring work is completed on time and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service tasks, identify technical issues, and conduct analyses through remote or on-site activities in various service categories and products.
• Prepare material lists for service activities, ensuring all materials, parts, and equipment are available and meet quality standards.
• Execute work with a “first-time right” approach, preparing documents and customer reports for signing by customer representatives.
• Verify correctness of hardware connections and ensure proper installation and functionality of devices according to project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in installation, testing, and commissioning in GIS, AIS, and low voltage switchgear.
• Experience with company relays, CTs, VTs, RMUs, breaker testing.
• Familiarity with common testing tools and safe working procedures on site.
• Proficient in English; good interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in teams.
