- Assist with template updates and maintenance of case repositories.
- Run quality control on logs (units, references, metadata) and package results for reviews.
- Track tasks, versions, and approvals in workflow tools.

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with tools and diagnostics; accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
- Ability to translate inputs into clear results and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across various teams.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Exposure to ITIL practices or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product training.
