Responsibilities:
- Prepare for service calls by ensuring availability of spare parts before attending client sites.
- Perform onboard service and onsite commissioning both regionally and globally.
- Test, calibrate, and verify the setup of Emerson Marine systems.
- Understand and meet customer requirements to provide efficient solutions.
- Complete and submit service reports accurately.
- Offer comprehensive remote support to customers, fostering loyalty.
- Set up, install, configure, and maintain simulation/demo systems in the workshop/office.
- Conduct "On the Job Training" for team members to share knowledge.
- Maintain tools in certified condition.
- Follow HSE roles and responsibilities as prescribed by the organization.
- Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time across the Middle East, Africa, and India, including occasional travel during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in Electrical/Electronic, Marine, or Instrumentation fields.
- Experience in marine automation as a service engineer is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
