Field Service Engineer

About the Job:

In the role of Field Service Engineer, you will execute service work of low to medium complexity according to the company's standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will have the opportunity to plan and execute work on a first-time-right approach with customers, ensuring a clear understanding of urgency and responsibility in your tasks.
This role plays a vital part in the electrification sector within the UAE, primarily focusing on:

• Executing maintenance and commissioning for ZS1, ZS4, ZS8 AIS Panels, and various circuit breakers.
• Conducting communication establishment and signal testing with MNS Digital switchgear.
• Collaborating with the Engineering department to address site-specific modifications and improvements.
• Ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with testing procedures.
• Coordinating with project managers for system delivery and customer acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification in Electrical Engineering with a focus on medium voltage (MV) experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage (LV) and medium voltage switchgear and products.
• Familiarity with common testing tools, both hardware, and software.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
