As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be pivotal in ensuring Customer Excellence through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair on Radiometer analyzers. You will act as an external representative of Radiometer, demonstrating expertise in our products and serving as a key educator to customer business accounts. This position is part of the Customer Support function located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of analyzers for the assigned installed base.
- Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure proper calibration.
- Complete assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and Technical updates within due dates.
- Install analyzers and conduct customer user training as required.
- Manage spare parts cycle time by accurately recording spare parts used on service jobs.
- Comply with company regulations, guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Upgrade operating systems and maintain cybersecurity compliance.
- Conduct basic IT troubleshooting for devices using Windows 7/10/11.
- Add/edit IP addresses on devices and confirm connections to Middleware or LIS/HIS/EMR.
Essential Requirements:
- University graduation in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a field service engineer in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, networking/connectivity setup, IT system upgrades, and basic command prompt commands.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to clarify complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SQL databases, Java, Mirth.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools & CRM.
