Field Service Engineer

This role involves executing service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with the company's standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will handle medium and low voltage systems and switchgear installation, testing, and commissioning, including programming and testing protection relays. Responsibilities also include performing on-site and remote field service tasks, troubleshooting equipment/process failures, making recommendations for corrective actions, and preparing necessary documentation and customer reports.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in service-oriented roles.
• Proficient in testing and commissioning of MV/LV electrical products.
• Strong background in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), technical support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, focused on delivering customer-centric solutions and technical sales support.
