Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in site activities, visiting customer sites for the installation, testing, and commissioning of HV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Gas Circuit Breakers (GCB), and other HV equipment as assigned.
- Coordinate with the tools management department and utilize HV test equipment and tools for executing site activities related to HV products.
- Complete GIS installation and assembly, conduct troubleshooting, and rectify defects of HV products onsite.
- Support the work activities of PGHV Service at the site or customer workplace.
- Learn and operate test equipment used for HV product testing and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team and adhere to project requirements and site regulations.
- Lead contractors and sub-contractors during job execution and coordinate necessary resources with customers.
- Prepare and submit site reports, activity plans, and resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Promote safety and integrity by reporting any incidents or misconduct.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 3-4 years of previous experience with high voltage products and electrical equipment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
