This role is responsible for providing aftermarket services and support for the installed base, as well as maintenance services for High Voltage Products (GIS, LTB, AIS, GCB, and Power Quality) to utility contractors in the UAE. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and warranty repairs on High Voltage Products, as well as conducting commissioning activities. The position involves developing and implementing proactive services responsive to customer requirements and coordinating investigations into customer-reported issues to achieve equitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Power Quality Products & Service portfolios.
- Arrange and perform quality checks of products/services and incoming materials.
- Install, commission, and maintain power quality systems, including filters, capacitors, and reactors.
- Analyze electrical systems to identify power quality issues and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to design and execute commissioning plans.
- Conduct site assessments and troubleshoot power quality issues.
- Monitor and test electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and harmonics.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, document procedures, findings, and recommendations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate commissioning works, managing budget and timeline of all commissioning activities on-site.
- Supervise and manage suppliers/partners, actively lead commissioning activities in the UAE.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines, while promoting a safe work environment.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred; alternatively, a Diploma in electrical engineering with at least 10 years of experience in Power Quality services and commissioning works.
- Proficient in analyzing electrical systems and implementing corrective measures.
- Strong knowledge of power quality systems, filters, capacitors, and reactors.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Computer literate with strong interpersonal written/oral communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to network and build relationships internally and externally.
- High focus on customer service and quality standards.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
