Field Service Engineer

You will deliver quality service to satisfy customers, demonstrating a sense of urgency and care in your responsibilities.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform entry-level service tasks, identify technical issues, and conduct analysis through remote or on-site activity.
• Prepare material lists needed for service activities ensuring availability and quality of all materials, parts, and equipment.
• Execute work on a first-time-right basis with customers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare all documents and customer reports for signature by customer representatives.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Engaged and skilled in relevant tools and methodologies within the electrical engineering sector.
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Hold a current driving license.
