The Field Service Engineer will provide onsite technical support for Banknote Processing Systems at customer premises. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery and building strong relationships with customer operational teams through technical expertise.

Scope and Purpose:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Banknote Processing Systems and related equipment.
• Install and commission G+D products according to project requirements.
• Provide technical support via phone for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Document service activities and spare parts usage in compliance with company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering and replenishment.
• Deliver first and second-level support, analyzing customer inquiries and issues.
• Maintain regular communication with customers about service requests and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for users, both in-house and on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of full-time experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong practical skills with electromechanical systems, including proficiency with tools and measurement instruments.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with basic mechanics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Flexible to work shifts based on operational requirements and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Saudi national is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
