In this position, you will execute service work with low to medium complexity following work instructions in accordance with the company's standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You'll plan and execute tasks with a first-time right approach and demonstrate a sense of urgency in your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Testing & Commissioning: Manage medium and low voltage systems and switchgear installation, testing, and commissioning; program and test protection relays; execute service work per customer orders and timelines; prepare material lists and ensure availability and quality of parts and equipment.
  • Field Service & Troubleshooting: Perform on-site and remote field service tasks, identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot equipment/process failures, recommend corrective actions, and suggest improvements to prevent future issues.
  • Customer Interaction & Documentation: Work directly with customers on-site to identify operational improvements, prepare necessary documentation and customer reports, and utilize relevant tools and test equipment.
  • Safety & Compliance: Apply safety rules during service activities, report unsafe practices and incidents, and ensure compliance with safety standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in service-oriented roles.
  • Skilled in testing and commissioning of medium and low voltage electrical products.
  • Strong background in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), technical support, and process improvement.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, focused on customer-centric solutions and technical sales support.
