We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer for Drives and Crane Automation Systems to join our team at the company. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the availability, safety, and performance of industrial crane operations, with a focus on the company's Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), crane automation, and motion control systems. You will be responsible for engineering, commissioning, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrated the company's automation solutions across complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, service, troubleshoot, and optimize the company's drive systems such as SINAMICS S120, G120, and G150.
- Perform parameterization, tuning, and fault analysis of VFDs used for crane operations.
- Provide on-site and remote support for crane automation systems, including SIMOCRANE and Crane Management Systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system-level issues involving drives, PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs, and instrumentation.
- Commission and modify SIMATIC PLC systems (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500) and associated I/O.
- Configure, test, and support motion control systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, health checks, and modernization activities.
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience with the company's VFDs and crane applications.
- Knowledge of SIMOCRANE, Crane Management System, and SIMATIC PLCs.
- Experience with SIMOTION motion control and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- the company's certifications in Drives, PLC, or Motion Control (preferred).
Work Conditions:
