Field Service Engineer – In Vitro Diagnostics (Jazan Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on medical diagnostic equipment with a strong clinical engineering background.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using advanced technical knowledge of instrumentation, diagnostic software, PLC, and electronic systems.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate with corporate headquarters while providing regular feedback to supervisors.
• Handle customer requests with urgency, requiring familiarity with maintenance schedules and calibration of electronic components.
• Engage in technical project management, requiring extensive and potentially international travel.
• Work in an emergency services environment where timely response to customer needs is critical.

Work Conditions:

• This position entails working irregular hours, including being on-call after hours, onsite repairs during weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Biomedical, Clinical, or Electronic) or an equivalent technical qualification related to diagnostics.
