Field Service Engineer – In Vitro Diagnostics (Jazan Based)

The company, part of Danaher Corporation, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Jazan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our success by utilizing your strong clinical engineering background and experience with medical diagnostic equipment. We are dedicated to advancing laboratory science and healthcare, aiming to improve patient lives through innovative diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for diagnostic instrumentation, including chemistry, immunochemistry, and hematology systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and fault finding using schematics and electronic diagrams.
• Manage customer requests and coordinate your schedule with corporate headquarters for equipment maintenance and service.
• Engage in technical project management within our 24/7 support environment.
• Be available for irregular working hours, including on-call support, after-hours repairs, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Biomedical, Clinical, or Electronic) or related technical qualification.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface with diverse technical disciplines.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:

• This is a full-time position eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing part-time work at the company location and part-time remote work. Additional details regarding the hybrid work arrangement will be provided during the interview process.
