In this role, you will:

  • Utilize a strong Clinical Engineering background with experience on medical diagnostic equipment.
  • Apply skills in instrumentation, diagnostic software, PLC, and electronic software.
  • Perform technical fault finding, work with schematics and electronic diagrams, and demonstrate advanced troubleshooting abilities.
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and liaise with corporate headquarters regularly.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage customer interactions, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. The role involves extensive travel and engaging with a 24/7 support environment, as the services provided are critical and can impact human lives.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time
  • Hybrid work arrangement eligible (part-time on-site and part-time remote)
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including on-call, after hours, weekends, and public holidays

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering – Biomedical, Clinical, or Electronic, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Two years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with diverse technical disciplines.
  • Self-motivated and punctual.
