Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Provide on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs for robotic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery of operations.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize robotic systems and software for enhanced performance; conduct routine maintenance and servicing.
- Installations & Integrations: Lead installations of new robotic systems with proper configuration, setup, and calibration.
- Customer Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and support to customers post-installation.
- Warranty Management: Address warranty-related issues and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback and assist in product improvements.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in any field.
- Experience: Previous experience in field service engineering, robotics, or automated systems in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of robotic systems, automation, and software troubleshooting is necessary.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex technical problems efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation to manage relationships effectively.
- Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
Work Environment:
Field Service Engineers will be deployed in industrial settings and suburban environments. A driver's license is required.
Language Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English are necessary.
