In this role, you will be executing service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and complying with the company’s standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing service tasks, identifying technical issues, and conducting analysis on-site or remotely.
- Preparing material lists and ensuring quality and availability of all materials and equipment for service activities.
- Delivering quality service to customers and executing work on a first-time right approach.
- Preparing documentation and customer reports for customer representative approval.
- Handling project documentation and technical information for commissioning activities.
- Ensuring correctness of hardware connections and proper functionality of installed devices following relevant documentation.
- Providing feedback to the Engineering department for any improvements or modifications needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in installation, testing, and commissioning, particularly in GIS, AIS & Low voltage switchgear.
- Experience with the company relays, CTs, VTs, RMUs, and breaker testing.
- Proficiency in using common testing tools (both hardware and computerized).
- Knowledge of safe working procedures at site.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
