As a Field Service Engineer – Services Nova LT, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer – Services Nova LT, you will start with an Initial Training Program and progress through the following responsibilities:
- Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Overseeing, overhauling, troubleshooting, and commissioning our rotating equipment and products at customer sites.
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, and daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.
- Properly managing company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and managing packing lists, bills of material, and drawings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Have the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities.
