Position

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site hands-on technical service support for all Control & Actuated Valves, including data interpretation, refurbishments, testing, site commissioning, and site acceptance tests. The candidate should possess a strong field service background, particularly focused on Final Control products such as Control, Automated, Isolation Valves, and Actuation, encompassing Pneumatics, Electrics, Hydraulics, Gas over Oil, Multiport, and other associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine service maintenance tasks per customer requirements.
  • Perform assembly, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of Final Control Products.
  • Execute system start-up and commissioning services on various Final Control Products.
  • Document repair, testing, and assembly activities accurately.
  • Identify service/product opportunities and assist in sales pursuits.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Instrumentation or Mechanical preferred) or relevant experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the valve industry with a robust field service background.
  • Strong knowledge of Control & Actuated valves and associated equipment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with industrial customers and EPCs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and make decisions based on experience.
