You will join the Service Team and report to the Service Team Leader W/S. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to building a world-class Service organization.

Location: Abha, Southern Region, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Remote, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of analyzers.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment calibration.
  • Complete assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and technical updates timely.
  • Conduct customer user training as required.
  • Manage spare parts cycle time and record usage accurately.
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance and upgrade operating systems as needed.
  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting for devices with Windows 7/10/11.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a field service engineer in the healthcare industry, specifically with Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and IT system upgrades, with a basic understanding of command prompts and connectivity testing.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical issues simply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL databases, Java, and Mirth.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and CRM systems.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is typically required; additional languages may be beneficial based on customer demographics.
