You will collaborate closely with customers to optimize their systems, provide training, and manage emergency repairs and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Provide on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs for robotic systems, minimizing downtime.
  • System Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize robotic systems and conduct routine maintenance.
  • Installations & Integrations: Lead installations of new robotic systems, configuring and calibrating them within customer environments.
  • Customer Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and ongoing support for customers.
  • Warranty Management: Address warranty-related issues and ensure customer support.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and submit reports on time.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in field service engineering, robotics, or automated systems is preferred, with proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain robotic systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of robotic systems and automation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits. A valid Driver’s License is required.

Work Environment:
Field Service Engineers will be deployed in industrial settings and suburban environments.
