Field Service Engineering - Entry Professional

About the Job:

• Perform services on cooling APC & Uniflair equipment/Chillers.
• Conduct basic Power Audits of customer distribution systems, collaborating with Sales to complete Availability Assessments.
• Document all necessary information for each site visit performed.
• Collaborate with team members to finalize custom and large installation projects.
• Document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of APC-MGE equipment to designated locations.
• Educate APC-Uniflair customers on the basic operations of their equipment and inform them of potential issues beneficially.
• Assist the company Service Partners in site visits and evaluate their technical and professional performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanic Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
• Certification in the company On2cooling/ACDC/LDV/LDCV/LUCV/HDCV/HXCV/Big Chiller.

Requirements:

• High level of technical knowledge regarding electronic/electrical component theory.
• Ability to perform tasks independently, adhering to safety policies and practices.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing business and technical documents.
• Competent in using personal computers for email, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and communicating effectively across various intellectual levels.
• Availability for 7 x 24 Field Service and willingness to travel across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when required.
