The Nalco Water Saudi University (NWSU) program is a comprehensive training initiative designed for fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering. This program aims to cultivate top graduates by focusing on their technical and personal skills, equipping them for successful careers in critical roles. The program consists of 12 months of training, with 6 months dedicated to classroom training followed by 6 months in the field. It will commence in January 2027 at our main office in Dammam.

During the Program, You Will:
- Follow a structured training plan focused on technical lessons, classroom interaction, and hands-on field learning.
- Have significant interaction with subject matter experts in the field.
- Build key relationships and interact with our leaders.
- Receive a basic salary, housing, and transportation allowance.
- Have access to medical coverage.
What You Will Do:
- Provide on-site field service.
- Conduct site surveys and product/application audits.
- Manage inventory of chemical delivery systems.
- Collect samples for monitoring chemical programs.
- Manage chemical deliveries to customers as needed.
- Conduct field evaluation of new products.
- Lead pre-trial surveys for site visits.
- Interact with internal and external customers and resources.
- Maintain accurate records based on information gathered during trials and surveys.
- Prepare reports detailing problems and solutions to recommend modifications or process changes.
- Create troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products.
- Coordinate and manage sampling and inventory schedules.
- Implement solutions with customers effectively.
- Assist sales in preparing business proposals.
- Participate in design reviews and new applications evaluations.
- Assist in critiquing products' serviceability, performance, and reliability.
- Provide customers with expert technical service in all major applications.
- Support and commit to the team’s Quality Improvement Process.
- Follow both company and customer safety regulations.
- Solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems considering short and intermediate needs.
Position Details:
- Candidates must initially reside in the Dammam area for 6 months near our Headquarters.
- Residence during the training period must be in the Dammam area.
- Candidates will be assigned to their chosen job location upon applying to the program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is required.
- Capable of independently supporting assigned customers.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Demonstrated autonomy and self-motivation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interact with customer personnel in a professional manner.

- Good computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
