Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering drilling optimization support to Drilling Services operations.
- Supporting innovative digital solutions through Kantori Optimization services, Drilling Analytics (+Corva), and autonomous directional drilling applications.
- Actively contributing to knowledge sharing and lessons learned within the organization.
- Assisting in software field testing and integrating new technologies.
- Participating in knowledge management initiatives within Drilling Services.
- Serving as a liaison between local and global teams for technology development and enhancement.
- Ensuring adherence to global standards, policies, and procedures across all supported areas.
- Complying with and promoting the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) Management System.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering; a degree in petroleum engineering is preferred.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of field experience with the company in Drilling Services technologies.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in Directional Drilling or Drilling Engineering (preferred).
- Have a background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (preferred).
Working Environment
This role requires working on-site with customers in various locations across the region. You will have the flexibility to align with customer working patterns while on-site. Upon completing projects, there is an opportunity to take extended leave before embarking on your next assignment.
