The Technical Assistant is part of the company's on-site operational support team and supports the customer’s daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects and is located full-time at customers’ premises.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational on-site support to the UAE AF.
- Act as the point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT.
- Serve as the TSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA, enhancements, MINDS roadmap).
- Assist UAE AF IAC with on-the-job training.
- Aid in proposal definition for IAC and globally DISA.
- Prepare and coordinate on-site interventions.
- Promote MINDS among UAE by supporting factory teams.
- Perform demos when requested.
- Contribute to dedicated meetings with customers.
- Fulfill on-call duties upon request to support the customer.
Work Experience Requirements:
- IT support experience.
- Previous experience operating/supporting operations on MINDS/SAIM system is a plus.
- AI competencies are a plus.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Knowledge of imagery.
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in computer science or GIS or remote sensing or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills (internal & external with customers).
- Proficiency in English and French (Arabic is a plus).
- High level of autonomy.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in troubleshooting.
- Efficient reporting skills.
- Adaptability.
