What You'll Do
- On-board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network through field training.
- Visit restaurants and set up the dashboard on Careem provided or restaurant devices.
- Work with various restaurant & shop types including large food chains, medium & small food outlets, flower shops, and pharmacies.
- Maintain daily trackers, log all dispatched devices (if applicable), and ensure timely online activation of our food and shop partners.
- Provide assistance with retraining and device troubleshooting when partners face difficulties operating our system.
What You'll Need
- A passion for interacting with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and related software tools.
- Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A commitment to improving the lives of people, with a strong focus on excellence and customer service, and alignment with core values: being bold, focused, agile, and collaborative.
- Motivated with a “hunting spirit” to develop new opportunities in technology within the Food/Service Providers space.
- Excellent teamwork skills comfortable collaborating with local, regional, and corporate teams.
- Ability to work under pressure with challenging targets and limited resources, generating smart tech-based solutions to problems.
- Ownership, high energy, and self-driven attitude.
- Tech-savvy with an inclination for E-commerce/Internet-led business.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market.
- A UAE driving license is a plus.
- Candidates should be on their own visa.
- Preference will be given to fresh graduates.
