Finacle Data Migration

We are currently looking for a Finacle Data Migration specialist for our UAE operations. This role requires a candidate with 10+ years of experience in IT, specifically with a minimum of 3 core banking data migrations on Finacle. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of core banking platforms, such as Silverlake and Finacle, along with their data structures.

Key responsibilities include leading successful data migration projects within banking and financial institutions, utilizing strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools (SQL is mandatory). A functional understanding of Core Banking Modules, including Assets, Liabilities, Trade Finance, and GLs, is essential.

Candidates must possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills, alongside a keen attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are critical, as is a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. The ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and demonstrate leadership is necessary for success in this role.

Requirements include a joining time frame of 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
