Responsibilities:
- Create technical solutions to address specific business problems and requirements, in line with the company’s business strategy and Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
- Provide solutions aligned with Agile and DevOps project delivery methodologies.
- Design digital solutions considering SOA, Open API, API management, and Microservices architecture principles when applicable.
- Build end-to-end solutions focusing on customer-centric methodologies related to web/mobile apps, multichannel frameworks, BPM, CRM, and Data & Analytics components.
- Present tactical and strategic architectural options and solutions to senior management.
- Manage application, data, and technology components and building blocks from an enterprise architecture perspective.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Bank’s systems architecture and their interactions.
- Ensure scalability, disaster recoverability, and system performance are adequately considered in overall systems architecture.
- Facilitate effective integration of systems within the bank, especially during the selection and implementation of new systems.
- Participate in formulating the Bank’s IT strategy and researching the latest digital technology.
- Define the Technology Roadmap and govern the technology portfolio from an Enterprise/Digital Application Architecture perspective.
- Contribute to digital transformation by defining an Omni-channel architecture centered on customer experience.
- Research current and developing technology options that can be adopted by the bank to meet business requirements (e.g., Microservices, SOA, Blockchain, Open API).
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of security processes, standards, and issues in multi-tier, multi-tenant web applications (e.g., SSO, OAuth, SAML, field-level encryption).
- Working knowledge in application development/integration, preferably Java and Spring framework (Boot, MVC, JPA), Angular, React Native, and TIBCO.
- At least 3 years in solution architecture covering web/mobile applications, SOA/API/Microservices & integration, analytics, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years building Java backend applications.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as Native iOS, Native Android, and hybrid/web frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, React Native).
- Experience defining API specifications for REST or web services.
- Knowledge of API & interface governance, design standards, and principles.
- Familiarity with Cloud deployments and hardware sizing to define high availability and scalable application architecture.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AWS and Azure, with professional certification considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, and Agile development methodology.
- Awareness of security standards and best practices in application architecture.

Experience:
10+ years of experience in the field, with core banking experience being a must.
