We are seeking a highly skilled Finacle Product Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of product experience in the Finacle Core Banking product from Infosys/Edgeverve. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Utilize a strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture, including customization layers and flows.
- Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
- Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class technologies.
- Adhere to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle applications.
- Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
- Understanding of Finacle Integrator and associated enhancements.
Functional Skills:
- Solid knowledge of the banking domain and relevant terminologies.
- Certification from Infosys in Finacle is a plus.
- Familiarity with Finacle CRM and Admin modules (FINFADM/SSOADM).
- Agile methodology experience.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to influence multiple teams on technical aspects.
- Strong self-motivator and self-starter with the capability to drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with Senior and Executive management.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected.
