Finacle Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Finacle Product Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of product experience in the Finacle Core Banking product from Infosys/Edgeverve. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Finacle 11, customization architecture, and interfacing requirements, including Custom and Product APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Utilize a strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture, including customization layers and flows.
• Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
• Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class technologies.
• Adhere to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle applications.
• Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
• Understanding of Finacle Integrator and associated enhancements.

Functional Skills:

• Solid knowledge of the banking domain and relevant terminologies.
• Certification from Infosys in Finacle is a plus.
• Familiarity with Finacle CRM and Admin modules (FINFADM/SSOADM).
• Agile methodology experience.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence multiple teams on technical aspects.
• Strong self-motivator and self-starter with the capability to drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with Senior and Executive management.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is expected.
