Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Finacle scripts to meet business requirements.
- Configure Finacle Core Banking modules and parameters.
- Support product customization, workflows, and validations within Finacle.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate banking requirements into technical solutions.
- Support integration with surrounding systems and channels.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support UAT and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Finacle scripting.
- Ensure adherence to banking security, compliance, and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Finacle scripting and customization.
- Good understanding of Finacle Core Banking modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, etc.).
- Knowledge of banking business processes and core banking operations.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle/SQL).
Good to Have:
- Experience in Finacle upgrades, rollouts, or migrations.
- Exposure to Finacle APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583/payment interfaces.
- Experience in production support environments.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4–8 years of experience in Finacle Core Banking and scripting (preferred).
