Position

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Software Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product experience in Finacle Core Banking (Infosys/Edgeverve)
  • Working experience with Finacle 11, including understanding product capabilities and customization architecture
  • Experience in handling Finacle interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs, Connect 24, Finacle Integrator)
  • Direct interaction with clients is essential

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Finacle product architecture and customization layers
  • Experience in customization flow (custom menus, reports using MRT & Jasper, batch jobs, EOD/BOD processes)
  • Proficiency in Oracle technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions
  • Knowledge of Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing
  • Familiarity with Finacle Integrator and possible enhancements

Functional Skills:

  • Core banking functional knowledge and understanding of banking domain terminology
  • Finacle certification from Infosys is a plus
  • Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin modules (FINFADM/SSOADM)
  • Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards
  • Experience in Agile methodology

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to influence teams on technical considerations, enhancing productivity and effectiveness
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management
