Finacle Support Engineer

We are seeking a Finacle Support Engineer with experience in application production support within the ITIL framework. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of the Finacle application.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving tickets with quality and within SLA deadlines.
• Proactive monitoring and incident analysis.
• Maintaining and configuring workflows.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in Finacle Application version 10x or higher.
• Complete knowledge of the Loan module and the entire life cycle.
• Familiarity with other modules such as CASA, Interface, and EOD/BOD.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Ability to handle pressure and support critical production issues.
• Willingness to work extended hours during critical incidents and to schedule weekend deployments.
• Ability to acknowledge and act on command center calls (24x7).

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.
