Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. The Value-In-Kind (VIK) Analyst will support the management, analysis, and reporting of the financial aspects of non-cash contributions and partnerships. This role focuses on accurate transaction recording, data analysis, and operational support to ensure VIK activities align with the company’s financial goals and compliance requirements. The VIK Finance Analyst will work closely with various departments to track and optimize the value of non‑monetary contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accurate recording and reporting of VIK transactions in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports to provide insights into VIK performance.
  • Analyze key metrics and conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform action-oriented business insights.
  • Support VIK operational processes as necessary to ensure that transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with marketing, procurement, legal, and other departments to manage VIK partnerships.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts of VIK creation, inventory, and consumption.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of VIK contributions against budgeted targets.

Work Conditions
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy is preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses.
  • Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner.
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling (Microsoft Excel) and building presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint).
