Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end service delivery for the Oracle Fusion AMS engagement.
Act as the primary customer interface and highest escalation point.
Drive resource planning, risk management, service reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead onsite and offshore teams to deliver agreed service outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, and Tax Management.
Exposure to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
