Key Responsibilities:

Manage Oracle Fusion support services and operations.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and track ticket backlogs.
Support governance activities and operational reporting.
Drive team productivity and service quality through effective issue resolution.

- Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS)
