Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring PO, GRN, and supporting documents are in order.
- Prepare supplier payments and handle petty cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate supplier accounts and petty cash records.
- Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and expense provisions.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Process direct expense invoices and track insurance payments, policies, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and internal financial procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, and petty cash management.
- Good knowledge of VAT, reconciliations, and accounting procedures.
- Experience with Orion accounting software is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
