The role holder is responsible for leading the financial management of the company – Entity, including highlighting strategic plans, financial budgeting, cash flow, and accounting and policy matters. The role holder identifies unsatisfactory processes and potential performance improvement opportunities within the Finance Department to enable business productivity. Duties must be carried out in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities
- Acts as a strategic financial partner to the General Manager on the financial positioning of the company – Entity, highlighting strategic plans, financial budgeting, cash flow, accounting, and policy matters.
- Monitors, interprets, and challenges financial results and communicates issues, risks, opportunities, trends, and performance outlook to management on a timely basis.
- Leads the annual budgeting process for the company – Entity and its functions to ensure that budgeting requirements align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
- Monitors overall financial performance including anticipated costs/revenues, excesses/deficits, areas of unsatisfactory performance, and potential performance improvement opportunities to identify risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensures efficient and effective management of the company – Entity’s finances through all necessary financial controls, systems, and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.
- Liaises with internal and external auditors, providing close cooperation and assistance in the discharge of their responsibilities, including all the company – KSA’s financial statements and reports.
- Directs all financial accounting activities related to accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger, and cash management.
- Manages the execution of all financial operations, including accounts payables and receivables, and ensures delivery of effective service levels to all departments within the company – Entity.
- Ensures completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting including coordination and completeness of annual audit reviews, ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Advises management on any changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the company - Entity’s business operations.
- Approves and reviews the monthly payroll summary report from the HR Department and critically evaluates any discrepancies/variances.

This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
