Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial planning, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA integration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee manufacturing cost control, standard costing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Manage trade finance operations, treasury activities, and Dubai-based financial transactions.
- Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and audit across business operations.
- Support business operations in the UAE and Africa, driving growth and long-term value.
- Manage finance teams across multiple locations.
Requirements
- CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Controller / Financial Controller role.
- Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to UAE regulations, trade finance, and treasury operations.
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
- UAE and Africa operational experience preferred.
