Finance Executive (Saudi)

About the Role
The Finance Executive plays a crucial role in the venue’s daily financial operations by ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and appropriate control of income and expenses. This position involves managing financial transactions and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, expense reports, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and payment transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with monthly closing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records.
• Support audits and ensure finance procedures follow company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments on budgets, costs, and financial documentation.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting; hospitality or leisure experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
