Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial analysis and preparing reports for senior management.
• Developing performance tracking metrics and ensuring financial discipline and compliance.
• Managing month-end close processes and facilitating financial review meetings with business groups.
• Developing business cases, financial metrics, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and solid business acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence partners at various levels.
• Experience with financial and operational reporting tools, Oracle, SAP, or similar financial systems.
