The Manager, CEMEA Core Revenue Planning will serve a critical role in the CEMEA Planning Center of Excellence (COE). Reporting to the Sr. Director, this position is responsible for the comprehensive Oracle EPM revenue forecasting process that includes forecasting methodologies, planning drivers, system enhancements, governance, reporting, and planning cycles. This role acts as a central hub for revenue planning, forecast accuracy, analytics, and finance transformation, engaging collaboratively with FP&A, Data Science, and business teams to instigate automation, standardization, and AI-enriched forecasting capabilities.

Essential Functions
- Forecasting & Oracle EPM Ownership: Take charge of Oracle EPM revenue forecasting capabilities, governance, and enhancements; deliver baseline revenue/P&L forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and coordinate planning cycles; drive automation in forecasting, employ AI capabilities, and continuously improve forecast accuracy.
- Revenue Planning & Baseline Development: Develop and own revenue planning methodologies, driver frameworks, forecasting logic, and allocation models; establish and validate domestic and cross-border revenue baselines, yield assumptions, and FX impacts. Manage yield and pricing forecasting methodologies and allocation frameworks; preserve revenue tagging and allocation structures to ensure consistent forecasting and reporting.
- Monthly Close, Reporting & Analytics: Lead the monthly close and outlook reporting, which entails data validation, variance analysis, and management insights; provide standardized forecasting outputs, reporting packages, and supporting documentation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Transformation: Collaborate with FP&A, Data Science, Technology, and business stakeholders to enhance forecast quality and planning effectiveness; spearhead EPM testing, deployment, process standardization, automation, and AI-enhanced improvements.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of financial planning processes, methodologies, and best practices, as well as proficiency with financial planning tools and technologies.
- Deep understanding of the company systems, planning processes, and data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to operate with credibility in a matrixed environment, maintaining clear accountability and decision rights.
- Skilled in identifying opportunities to standardize key FP&A processes and enhance efficiency across the finance organization.
- Experience in the financial services sector, with insight into industry-specific trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with advanced forecasting techniques, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling to bolster baseline revenue planning.
- Experience in implementing or optimizing financial planning systems and processes.
Travel Requirements
- The company requires at least 3 days in the office; specific expectations for these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
