Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Treasury
- Manage daily cash balances and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Optimize working capital across various projects or business units.
- Reduce financial risks and ensure that the company maintains sufficient liquidity.

Banking & Compliance
- Serve as the main point of contact for our banking partners.
- Assist in securing and managing credit lines, loans, and bank facilities (e.g., Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees).
- Ensure compliance with banking terms and submit monthly stock or project statements punctually.

MIS & Financial Planning
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management.
- Track actual spending against budgets and analyze variances.
- Collaborate with operational heads to align financial forecasts with project or factory milestones.
Requirements
- Education: Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Real Estate and Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial forecasting is essential.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary for negotiating with banks and presenting analyses to management.
