Responsibilities
- Guide clients through complex financial decisions with clear, professional advice
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients through ongoing support and expert guidance
- Conduct detailed financial planning reviews and comprehensive client consultations
- Design and implement personalized wealth strategies for investment, pension, and protection
- Provide specialist advice on cross-border financial issues and international markets
- Assist with UK pension transfer analysis, QROPS planning, and tax-efficient investing
- Maintain rigorous compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Qualifications
- Holds a relevant UK financial services qualification (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP, or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience of 2-3 years in a client-facing financial advisory role
- Sound knowledge of investment products, pension arrangements, and wealth planning
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-border or expatriate clients is desired
- Strong commitment to professional development and regulatory best practice

Compensation
