Working closely with Finance, IT, Operations, Risk, and other business stakeholders, the Financial Analyst contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports finance-related projects, and helps strengthen financial governance and reporting capabilities within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to support management reporting and business decision-making.
- Perform and monitor reconciliations across multiple banking and finance systems, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance system enhancements and process changes.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and validating system changes to ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management insights to support key stakeholders.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Risk teams to maintain governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to balance sheet substantiation, risk monitoring, and financial control activities.
Requirements:
- UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance operations, or financial controls.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
- Exposure to banking products, financial systems, or the financial services industry is preferred.
- Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
