Responsibilities: Implement an effective Quality Assurance Framework within the Financial Crime Compliance team to ensure operational risks and controls are managed appropriately. Lead the team and perform QA reviews of KYC files and Transaction Monitoring Alerts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of investigative or Assurance work experience with emphasis on AML, preferably in KYC and/or Transaction Monitoring.
- Related professional certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt well to changing priorities, and prioritize workflow effectively to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Salary: £3725-4500 based on experience + stock options (after 12 months) & benefits
Hybrid working setup: City-centre office
