Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and management of comprehensive monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
  • Develop and iterate financial models to reflect changes in key business drivers, incorporating scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Operations, HR, and Leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial planning and decision support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights through ad-hoc profitability scenarios, cost-benefit analyses, and investment appraisals.
  • Drive strategic initiatives through in-depth financial analysis and support decision-making across business units.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly reporting packs, management reports, and variance analysis against budget, forecasts, and prior-year actuals.
  • Consolidate and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide meaningful interpretation to support operational excellence.
  • Prepare market and competitive analysis to highlight business risks, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities.
  • Support the FP&A Director/Leadership in the preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts, participating in review meetings and scenario planning.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of capital investment plans, revenue forecasts, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, models, and processes to support transparency and governance.
